General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

These T&Cs govern sales made on the Homeva website to consumers.

2. Products

The essential characteristics are indicated on each product sheet. The photos are not contractual: slight variations in color may exist depending on the screen.

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified when placing your order. Homeva reserves the right to change prices at any time, with products being billed on the basis in effect at the time of registration.

4. Order

Validation of payment constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Homeva reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspicion of fraud or incomplete information.

5. Payment

Payments are secured via our service providers (bank cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay depending on availability). The order is considered effective after confirmation from the payment service provider.

6. Delivery

Indicative delivery times are displayed when ordering. Risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package. In case of abnormal delay, contact homevashop@gmail.com .

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to withdraw from receipt, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties (excluding return costs). The products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Contact us before any return to obtain the address and instructions.

8. Returns & Refunds

After receipt and inspection, the refund is made to the original payment method within a reasonable time. The initial delivery charge may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return.

9. Legal guarantees

Our products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. In the event of a defect, please contact support with proof of purchase.

10. Liability

Homeva cannot be held responsible for misuse of the products or for indirect damages.

11. Intellectual Property

The contents of the site (texts, images, logos) are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Personal data

13. Force majeure

Homeva cannot be held liable in the event of unforeseeable events beyond its control.

14. Applicable law – disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute will be subject to a prior search for an amicable solution.
