Orders are prepared within 24–48 business hours . A tracking email is sent upon shipment.

Delivery times and areas

• Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 working days
• Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Germany: 4 to 8 working days

Delivery costs

Fees are calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. Any free shipping offers are listed on the website.

Damaged or lost package

If your package arrives damaged, refuse it if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos. If you experience an abnormally long delay in receiving follow-up, please write to us: homevashop@gmail.com .

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days after receipt to request an exchange or refund. Products must be unused , complete and in their original packaging. Contact us before any return to obtain the address and instructions.

After receipt and verification, the refund is made to the original payment method (excluding delivery costs where applicable).
